"Durable was simple to get going. I..."
Durable was simple to get going. I don’t remember much about the setup because it was quick enough, but I do remember getting frustrated once I tried to make the site actually look like mine. The sections felt a bit locked in, and little changes I assumed would be easy weren’t really available. If you just need a basic site, it’s probably fine. For my business though, it came out looking too generic, and I wish there was more control over the layout and styling.
"It’s decent, but not amazing 🙂"
I’ve used it a bit, and it definitely works, but the writing can feel generic at times. It’s fine for getting something started, but I usually have to tweak it to make it sound more natural 🙂

"Felt Stuck Trying to Cancel"
I tried to cancel and it felt way harder than it should have been. I thought I had taken care of it, but then I still got charged anyway. It’s frustrating because as the customer, you feel like you’re the one left dealing with the mess and trying to prove you didn’t want the service anymore.

"Got my domain hooked up without much hassle"
I was setting up my site and expected the domain part to be a headache, but it went smoothly. The hosting connected fine right away, and I just had one moment where I had to stop and reread a step because it wasn’t super clear. Once I figured that out, everything worked like it should. Overall, a easy setup.

"Felt like the SEO tools were just for show"
I tried durable mainly for the SEO and marketing features, but it felt bare-bones. The reports were super thin, and after using it for a while, I didn’t notice any real improvement on my site. Maybe I’m being paranoid, but it kind of felt like one of those tools that gives you just enough charts and buttons to make you think something powerful is happening behind the scenes… when really, not much is going on.

"Nice designs, just needed a little tweaking"
I used Durable to pull together a small site, and the design it gave me was better than I expected. The layout was clean, the colors worked, and it didn’t have that cheap template look. I did end up adjusting some spacing and swapping out a few images, but nothing too painful. I also reached out to support once and they basically said something like, “Yeah, you can fine-tune that in the editor,” which was helpful enough. Overall, solid experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
I wish I had read the reviews first because the support was really disappointing. It took way too long to get a reply, and when they finally responded, it felt rushed and not very helpful. The site itself is okay, but dealing with support made the whole experience frustrating.

"Solid value when you need a site fast"
I used Durable because I needed to get a small business website up quickly, i didn’t have the time or budget to deal with a designer. That might be partly on me for leaving it a bit late, but it helped me get something decent online without spending a ton.
Some of the editing tools still feel a little limited, and I probably notice that more because I like tweaking things too much. It’s not perfect, but for the price, it does what I need and feels like fair value overall.
"Quick, but a little all over the place"
It definitely helped me get a site up fast, which was nice because I was trying to finish it before dinner and my coffee had already gone cold. But the whole thing felt kind of rushed and messy. A few pages loaded weird while I was editing, and some sections randomly shifted around so I had to redo them. It was quick, yeah, but not exactly in a way that made me feel confident about it

"Actually easy to use"
I usually don’t put much stock in all the polished “simple and seamless” stuff companies say, but this was easier than I expected. I got my site set up quickly. A couple parts had me clicking around for a minute, but nothing felt too confusing overall.

"Wanted to like it, but it kept letting me down"
I went into this wanting to like it, and in some ways I did. The layout looked nice and when everything actually loaded, it felt like it could be a solid tool. But then again, that was kind of the problem — it only felt good when it worked.
Pages would randomly hang, a couple of my edits didn’t save, and the dashboard sometimes just sat there loading forever. I’d tell myself it wasn’t a big deal, then five minutes later I’d be refreshing the same page again and getting annoyed. It somehow felt both simple to use and frustrating to deal with at the same time.
Support was fine, I guess, and the replies weren’t rude or anything. But decent support doesn’t really make up for the platform feeling unreliable, especially when it’s supposed to run my business site. I wanted to trust it, and maybe it’s okay for a smaller side project, but for my actual site, I just couldn’t stick with it.
